Happiness is a curator of smiles. Her journey into real estate brokerage started with a fascination of the home buying process and blossomed when she purchased her first home. On a personal note, Happiness and her husband Steven are busy with their two beautiful girls, Gianna and Hannah Grace, along with their dog Gatsby. They are partners with The Austin Stone Community Church. Happiness enjoys supporting Gianna with her Austin High School activities, blowing bubbles in the backyard with Hannah Grace, watching shameless reality TV, and, very infrequently, sneaking away for wine and date night.
